My complete list of France and Colonies stamps is now downloadable.
Please follow these simple instructions to view it. It's as easy as 1 - 2 - 3.

1. The downloadable list is in PDF file format. First, click on the link below to see if it opens. If not, go to Step 2 below.

2. If the PDF file will not open, then you will need the software "Adobe Acrobat Reader" which is available FREE and can be downloaded at:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

3. Once Acrobat Reader is installed, click on the link "France and Colonies List" above. Your computer will automatically download the complete file. You can then, without being online, open the PDF file and view it on your computer at your leisure using "Adobe Acrobat Reader". Not only can you view it, you can also print the list in its entirety or just one page at a time. Each page of the list will print out on normal size paper (8 1/2" x 11"). Fill out the downloaded order form (last page) and mail the completed order form with your check or money order (payable to "Paul Edney") to the address below. OVERSEAS ORDERS are most welcome. I realize that the Scott catalog is not always available in countries outside of the U.S.A. and that makes it difficult for you to order if you are using catalogs by Gibbons, Michel or Yvert. There used to be a great cross-reference service available by PHILDEX, but as of January 2002 the Scott Publishing Company has put them out of business for copyright infringement. You might try your local library to see if they have the Scott catalogs so you can compare the Scott numbers with Gibbons, Michel or Yvert.

TOPICAL (THEMATIC) COLLECTORS are most welcome. However, you will need the Scott catalog numbers of the topic (theme) you collect - Birds, Flowers, Art, Trains, Religion, Medicine, Scouts, Stamps on stamps etc. etc. To get a list of the Scott numbers concerning your topic (theme) I strongly suggest that you join the American Topical Association. Upon joining, they will provide you with a list. Just check my list with the ATA list and order accordingly.

Time does not permit me to answer your e-mailed wantlists. So, please just download the list or send $1 plus a 76¢ SASE for the list and then view it at your leisure. Everything I have in stock is on the list - nothing is held back.
